POLICIES |
PRIVACY: Any information
given to us by you will be used solely by us to process
your order. We will never sell to or exchange your
information with any third party
SALESS TAX: 8.68% Arizona
sales tax will be added to any order originating in, or
being delivered to Arizona
METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Corporate accounts may
be set up with a billing plan on a case by case
basis.
CANCELLATIONS: We require a
24 hour notice to cancel an order and will gladly do so
unless the order has already been shipped.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: We use
only the freshest of gourmet foods and quality products
in our gift baskets; however, if you are dissatisfied
with our product we will issue a refund or an exchange
only upon receipt of the basket back here in our office.
Basket must be returned with all items included and in
the original packaging. Refunds will be made on the
price of the basket only and not the shipping
charges.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Due to
availability items may be substituted with others of
equal or greater value. We will not ship chocolate items
during the months of May thru September due to high
temperatures |
