We understand the cost of hand delivery is pretty high! That is why we are offering

ground shipping within Arizona. Most of Arizona will be delivered by end of day the next business day (this is not guaranteed)
When placing an order for ground shipping in Arizona, please disregard any higher shipping charge that may appear. We are working to implement this change into our system but it may take some time. Your credit card is manually charged and we will make the correction and send you an Email with the correct charges

Residential Deliveries: A phone # must be provided so that we may verify that someone will be home to sign for the gift.
Hospital Deliveries: We highly recommend sending a Get Well gift to the home after the patient has been released. If you do choose to send it to the hospital please verify that the patient is not to be released on the day of delivery. Also please verify room #. We can not be responsible for orders delivered after a patients early release.
Business Deliveries: Please make sure to include building, floor and suite # where applicable.
Hotel Deliveries: When placing your order for delivery to a hotel, please note arrival and departure dates as well as Room Number.
Gated Community Deliveries: When placing your order for delivery to a gated home or apartment community, please include instructions for entry through the gates such as access code or password.
Please, Please, Please check and double check your recipients address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses will result in a minimum of an additional 10.00 fee on both hand delivery and shipped orders!!
We do not do this to be mean, we are only recouping fees that are passed on to us by the delivery companies.
NATIONWIDE DELIVERY
Gifts can be sent anywhere through out the United States. Deliveries to most areas of Arizona are usually next day (but not guaranteed). Shipping is done most often with UPS or Fed-Ex Ground and prices will start at $10.00. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select pricing will be quoted upon receipt of order. Additional Fees for incorrect address will be charged. Please allow plenty of time for your order to be received. UPS can take up to 5-7 business days (Monday thru Friday) to deliver to the East Coast and longer during major holidays. See map below for shipping times to the gifts destination. Remember that times will be longer during the Holiday seasons.
